A first draft of your class, in seconds.
Answer a few questions. Yolgi builds a balanced, timed class from real poses in its library and opens it in the editor for you to make your own.
Seven questions, all optional but the first.
20 to 75 minutes
The class is timed to land close to it.
All levels to advanced
No advanced poses in a beginner class, with easier options in the cues.
Ten styles
Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, Yin Yang, Restorative, Power, Gentle Flow, Kundalini or Prenatal.
Up to three areas
Hips, hamstrings, low back, backbends, twists, balance, arm balances, inversions and more.
Where the class is going
“Crow pose”, “heart opening”, “grounding after a long week”.
What you have, who's coming
Blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, a wall or chairs, plus anything else, like “gentle on wrists”.
Built like an experienced teacher would.
- Opens with centering and warms the joints and spine first
- Builds toward your focus or peak, then counterposes
- Backbends followed by neutralising folds or twists
- One-sided poses taught on both sides
- Winds down on the floor and ends with savasana
- A short title, an opening intention and a cue for every pose
Only poses from the Yolgi library can be used, so every pose in your draft has an illustration, a Sanskrit name and a place in the editor.

About Create with AI
Does the AI invent poses?
No. Create with AI can only choose poses from the Yolgi pose library. Anything else is removed before the class reaches you, so every pose has an illustration and Sanskrit name.
How accurate is the class length?
Yolgi counts each breath as about five seconds, adds short transitions, doubles two-sided poses and multiplies rounds. If the draft is more than 10% off your requested length, holds are adjusted so the class lands close to it.
Is Create with AI free?
Free users can create one AI class to try it. Yolgi Pro includes up to 30 AI classes a month.
Should I teach an AI class without checking it?
No. Treat it as a first draft from a colleague: read it through, check it suits the people in your room, and change what you would teach differently. It opens in the editor for exactly that reason.
